What gear do I need for a workshop?
Any camera with manual controls works: DSLR, mirrorless or even an advanced compact. For night street I recommend a fast lens (f/2.8 or wider); if you don't have one, I'll lend you one of mine. For Val d'Orcia you'll need a tripod.
I'm a complete beginner: can I join?
Yes, on workshops marked "all levels". The small group lets me follow someone starting from zero without slowing the others down. If you'd rather start gently, the one-to-one beginner course is built exactly for that.
What happens if it rains on the workshop day?
Light rain, we shoot (wet Rome is beautiful). Real bad weather, I move the date and offer you the first available one; if you can't make it, I refund 100% of the fee.
Can I gift a workshop or a course?
Yes: write to me after the purchase and I'll prepare a voucher with the recipient's name, valid 12 months on any available date.
How does payment work?
All payments go through Stripe: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For workshops and courses you pay in full and the seat is confirmed instantly. For events and real estate you can lock the date with a 30% deposit.
What's the workshop cancellation policy?
Up to 14 days before: full refund. 13 to 7 days: 50% or a free date change. Less than 7 days: free date change to any date within 6 months.
How do the online courses work?
On a video call with screen sharing, working on your own photos. Every lesson is recorded and I send you the video, so you can review each step whenever you want.
For real estate agencies: how much does it cost and how fast is delivery?
The essential package (up to 80 sqm) costs €180 with delivery in 24 working hours. The premium with drone and video costs €450 with 48-hour delivery. For recurring volumes I prepare a dedicated price list.
