Contact form data is used exclusively to respond to the request received. Newsletter subscription data is used to send communications about workshops, courses, events and services, only with explicit consent.
Legal basis
Performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (contact form); consent of the data subject pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (newsletter subscription).
Data retention
Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and for any legal obligations. Newsletter subscription data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
Data sharing
Data is never sold or shared with third parties. It may be processed by technical providers necessary to deliver the service (e.g. hosting, transactional email), appointed as data processors.
Data subject rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, request data portability, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to marco@marcocarotenuto.com.
