Within 24 working hours for the essential package, within 48 for the premium one, which includes editing the video walkthrough. If the shoot is in the morning, the listing can usually go live the next day.
Clear surfaces, no cloths in the kitchen or bathroom, blinds up and every light working (a dead bulb shows). There is no need to empty the rooms: a lived-in but tidy space photographs better than a bare one. I can send you the checklist I use.
Yes. The usage licence covers Immobiliare.it, Idealista, Casa.it, the agency website and social channels. Resale to third parties and large-scale paid advertising campaigns are excluded and agreed separately.
Only where flying is actually permitted, and in central Rome it is not: that is restricted airspace. For properties in areas where flight is allowed, drone footage is part of the premium package, and I check feasibility before putting it in a quote rather than promising it and withdrawing it later.
One to one and a half hours for a standard flat, two or three for large properties or when twilight shots are planned. The owner does not need to stay: someone just has to open up and lock up.
