For events and real estate a 30% deposit is paid online, and from that moment the date is yours. For workshops and courses you simply pay for the place.

It depends on the service, and prices are published on every page rather than hidden behind a quote. Real estate photography starts from the essential package for flats up to 80 sqm; events from half-day coverage; group workshops and private courses are priced per person. The whole city and the metropolitan area. For the historic centre I move on foot or by public transport, which means the agreed time is the real one even on heavy traffic days. For work outside the ring road I add a travel cost, stated in the quote before anything is confirmed.
For events: three to six weeks in the busy months, meaning May, June, September and October. Real estate usually needs only a few days, and for agencies with recurring volume I keep fixed weekly slots. For workshops it depends on seats: groups are five to eight people and dates fill quickly.
Yes. The usage licence is included in the price for publication on property portals, your website and your social channels. Resale to third parties and large-scale paid advertising are excluded and agreed separately, because their value is different.
Events go ahead: the outdoor part is moved and we use the interiors. For real estate, if exterior or twilight shots are needed, only that session is postponed at no extra cost. For workshops light rain stops nothing (the wet city at night is more photogenic than the dry one), while in genuinely bad weather we reschedule.
Not in the centre, which is restricted airspace where no ordinary authorisation applies. Drone footage is part of the premium real estate package only where flying is actually permitted, and I check that before putting it in a quote rather than promising it and withdrawing it later.
