Wolk · Setup
Set up in ten seconds
Address, listing type, language and tone of voice: Luxury, Modern or Family. Wolk remembers your last choices, so most tours need no setup at all.
Wolk is the second app I built. Describe the property in your own words as you walk through it and snap a few photos: about fifteen seconds later you have the MLS listing, the Instagram caption, the video script, the email and the text blast. Before you're back in the car.
Your voice never leaves the phone: transcription is fully on-device, and the audio is never uploaded.

Wolk · Your kit, one tab per channel
Wolk is an iOS app for real estate agents created by Marco Carotenuto: describe the property out loud as you walk it, snap a few photos, and about 15 seconds later you get an MLS-ready listing, an Instagram caption, a social video script, an email and a text blast. Speech is transcribed entirely on the phone and the audio is never uploaded. It includes Wolk CRM, which matches every property against every active buyer request with a 0–100 score. Free for your first three tours, then Pro at $14.99/month and Growth from $39.99/month.
Three steps, and no forms to fill in mid-tour.

Wolk · Setup
Address, listing type, language and tone of voice: Luxury, Modern or Family. Wolk remembers your last choices, so most tours need no setup at all.

Wolk · Walk & Talk
Describe each room the way you'd describe it to a client, snapping photos as you go. Your speech is transcribed entirely on the phone, so it works in a basement with no signal.

Wolk · Instagram
About fifteen seconds after you stop, the kit is ready, one tab per channel. Every piece stays editable in the app: nothing is published on your behalf.
The kit is generated from your transcript and your photos together. If you said “quartzite island” while photographing the kitchen, the listing walks the buyer past the quartzite island, not generic filler about a “stunning home”.

Wolk · Objections
Every kit includes the three objections a buyer or renter is most likely to raise, each with a spoken rebuttal ready to use. It's the one tab that stays yours: it never reaches the client.

Wolk · Listing Style
Paste a few of your best past listings into Listing Style and from then on Wolk writes in that voice for the whole agency, instead of a generic AI tone. Upload the floor plan too, and it cross-checks the rooms drawn against the rooms you mentioned and photographed, flagging the one you forgot to describe.
Wolk transcribes the walkthrough entirely on-device, using Apple's speech recognition. Only the finished transcript and the photos you chose are uploaded to generate the kit.
Raw audio is never uploaded, and never stored. Only the transcript leaves the phone.
No analytics SDKs, no ads, no tracking.
You stay the author: every piece is a draft you review before it reaches a client or a portal.
Wolk CRM turns your tours into inventory and matches every property against every active request the moment you save it: a score out of 100, the reasons criterion by criterion (price, area, size, rooms) and a push to your phone. Areas can be written by name or drawn as a radius on the map, because “within 3 km of the cathedral” is how a client actually thinks.
Same account as the app: in the browser, inside the iOS app, or both. The same data.

Wolk CRM · Matches
